Bangor is a town in La Crosse County, Wisconsin, United States. It is part of the La Crosse, Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 570 at the 2010 census. The Village of Bangor is located partially within the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 35.0 square miles (90.7 km²), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 583 people, 216 households, and 165 families residing in the town. The population density was 16.6 people per square mile (6.4/km²). There were 227 housing units at an average density of 6.5 per square mile (2.5/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 99.14% White, 0.17% Native American, and 0.69% from two or more races. 0.69% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
